Environmentalists today are celebrating Oregon's first pro-environment House leadership since 1991, along with the reelection of Governor Kulongoski.  We believe the environment is one of the areas where we're going to see the biggest change in state policy with the switch in leadership in the Oregon House, combined with Kulongoski's reelection.
