2012 Annual Conference Registration Form

The Annual Conference will be held at the Holiday Inn By the Bay in Portland, ME. (http://innbythebay.com/) The dates of the conference are April 19th - April 21, 2012.

How do you plan to get to Portland, ME.


To qualify for our negotiated group rate, please do not book with the hotel directly. Instead, complete the following hotel fields. You will receive confirmation from Brittany White in March with your hotel details. Each participant will be sharing a room unless otherwise indicated.
We will do our best to accommodate single room requests, but they are not guaranteed. Sharing a room will cut the rooming expense in half.
Negotiated room rates are $110 per night for single or double occupancy for a standard room with two beds. Rooms with a standard king size bed will be offered for $120 per night for single or double occupancy. While we cannot guarantee being able to accommodate all requests for rooms with king beds, we will do our best to honor your request.

The Maine Conservation Voters, our Conference Host, will be hosting a welcome reception on Thursday at a location still TBD, beginning at 6pm. Do you plan to attend?

On Saturday evening LCV & LCVEF will be hosting a dinner reception. Do you plan to attend?
